The University of Tennessee football program introduced the new entrants to the 2024 recruiting class on Wednesday. Several new players, including Mike Matthews, Boo Carter and Jordan Ross, are headed to Knoxville for a chance to make an immediate impact on the Tennessee Volunteers.

Some are already working with the team during bowl preparation (Matthews, Carter and QB Jake Merklinger, to name a few). However, recruitment is not over yet. Far from it.
And Tennessee is using its recent signees to promote the program around the country. The university announced last week that it will be putting up billboards in recruitment areas.
Stands will be distributed until December 26th. For state workers, billboards were erected on I-40 in Knoxville, two along I-63 around Nashville, in Cleveland, Chattanooga and Memphis.
