Tuesday Chip Kelly got one of his former players to join him with the Raiders. The team signed free agent WR Kyle Philips. Philips played for Kelly at UCLA and became a fifth round pick by the Titans in the 2022 draft.

He played two seasons in Tennessee, catching 23 passes for 259 yards and was waived prior to the start of last season with an injury designation.

He spent last season on the Eagles’ practice squad. Philips caught 163 passes for 1821 yards and 17 touchdowns over four seasons under Kelly in Westwood.

He also returned 25 punts for 496 yards with two going for touchdowns.
