The Denver Nuggets were eliminated by the Minnesota Timberwolves in the second round of this season after winning the NBA championship the previous one. Although Denver’s performance was disappointing, previous experience has proven how tough it is to win back titles.
This year, Nikola Jokic of the Nuggets, the current MVP of the Finals, won his third MVP award during the regular season. Even though Jokic wasn’t always at his best in Denver’s seven-game loss to Minnesota, he played a significant role in the Nuggets’ comeback from a 0–2 disadvantage to win the series in the end.

Following Denver’s championship victory the previous summer, Jokic was seen on multiple occasions engaging in different activities. One of Jokic’s greatest loves is horse racing, which was frequently mentioned in this. It was hardly surprising that Jokic was spotted at a horse racing for his first public sighting after Denver was eliminated.
Jokic, who always has a great time in the summer, is returning to one of his favorite off-season events. Meanwhile, it is anticipated that Denver’s front office will put in a lot of effort this summer to restructure their roster around Jokic in a way that will maximize the Nuggets’ chances of winning a second championship. Jokic gives the Nuggets a chance to win everything every year.
