The Detroit Tigers vs. St. Louis Cardinals game scheduled for Monday at Comerica Park has been rescheduled for Tuesday due to sporadic thunderstorms in southeast Michigan.The three-game series between the Cardinals and the Detroit Tigers ends on Wednesday.

The Tigers and Cardinals will still square off on Tuesday at 3:40 p.m. According to a club news release, the postponed game will be played on Tuesday as part of a straight doubleheader, beginning roughly forty minutes after game one concludes.

“Only tickets for Tuesday’s originally planned 6:40 p.m. game will be valid for the straight doubleheader. According to the statement, “fans who purchased tickets for tonight’s postponed game may exchange them for Tuesday’s doubleheader or any future 2024 regular season game of comparable value.”

Tuesday has been chosen as the new date for the Michigan State University night that was originally scheduled for Monday’s game. A Tigers Ticket Sales representative will contact ticket holders who purchased the MSU package with additional information.
