It is said that the Pittsburgh Steelers are searching for an experienced wide receiver to complement George Pickens in the lineup this year. Up until now, names like Tee Higgins and Brandon Aiyuk have been mentioned; however, an intriguing candidate that has been floated during the summer is Davante Adams.
Unfortunately, it appears that the optimism that Adams would eventually find his way to the Steelers has been dashed.

At Adams’ kids football camp, Tashan Reed of The Athletic chatted with him and inquired about a possible transfer. Adams dispelled any rumours by stating, “By now, if I wanted to be gone, I would have been gone already. This is my desired location.”
Last week, All Steelers Talk speculated about a potential trade involving the Steelers and Las Vegas Raiders, concluding that Pittsburgh might be able to acquire the veteran for less money than most other teams offering him. Now that Adams has stated in public that he wants to stay, that is all but done.
Adams, 31, recently finished with 1,144 yards and eight touchdowns in a season. He scored a league-high 14 points in 2022, demonstrating that he still had plenty left in him in his rookie season with the Raiders.
