Bengals will host Mekhi Becton today.

The Bengals are taking a look at free agent Mekhi Becton because they need an offensive tackle.

Today, Becton is scheduled to visit the Bengals, as reported by the Cincinnati Enquirer.

Jonah Williams, who started every game at tackle for the Bengals the previous two years, signed a free agent contract with the Cardinals on Wednesday, thus the Bengals now need an offensive lineman.

Becton has started for the Jets when healthy, making 16 starts in the last campaign, but his health is a serious worry. Due to a history of knee ailments, Becton has only appeared in 31 games throughout his four NFL seasons, missing thirty-six.

Becton has tremendous skill, so if the Bengals are confident he can stay healthy, he may be a good choice. One of the biggest players in the NFL, standing at 6 feet 7 inches and 363 pounds, he was selected with the 11th overall choice in the 2020 NFL draft.
