In the Shriners Children’s College Baseball Showdown presented by Kubota, Tennessee began its 2024 season.
The Texas Rangers of Major League Baseball’s Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, served as the venue for the Shriners Children’s College Baseball Showdown. The field included Tennessee, Baylor, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Texas Tech.
The SEC Tournament is set to take place at Hoover Metropolitan Stadium in Hoover, Alabama, from May 21–26. Southeastern Conference play is planned to start on March 15.
Prior to regional (May 31–June 3) and super regional (June 7–10) play, the NCAA Tournament selection show will take place on May 27 at 12:00 EDT. The College World Series, held at Charles Schwab Field Omaha in Omaha, Nebraska, from June 14–24, will mark the end of the season.
