This week on ESPN, Aaron Schatz revealed his top free agency choices for each of the 32 clubs. One interesting choice for the Bengals is the former tight end for the Seahawks.

Fant is expected by PFF to sign a free agent contract of $8 million over three years, with a guaranteed $14.5 million.
“Fant has never quite lived up to expectations as a first-rounder, but that’s more an issue of usage than efficiency,” Schatz stated. “Fant finished seventh among qualifying tight ends in receiving DVOA this past season. He has positive DYAR in each of his five NFL seasons.
The Bengals will need to address the position in the draft and free agency since every tight end on the roster is a free agent. “Just think about the potential that quarterback Joe Burrow has with Fant’s first-round talent.”
Throughout his career, Fant showed a lot of promise despite inconsistent QB play. This past season, he recorded 32 receptions for 414 yards and zero touchdowns.
