Most games this season are sold out for season ticket holders and members. We remind both holders and members that tickets are non-transferable and therefore must never be sold or transferred to another person.If tickets are found in the hands of away fans in the home area of the ground, it violates the following basic rule:
As already done this season, the Club reserves the right to cancel season tickets or memberships for a limited time or until further notice if a ticket has been transferred or purchased to an away supporter in the home supporter’s area. whichever seems appropriate.
Counterfeit ticketsThe sale of counterfeit tickets – both physical and digital – is a growing concern at most ticketed events and has affected our supporters as well.We remind all supporters that the box office sells all tickets for home games directly.
We do not use other ticketing platforms.We advise supporters not to purchase tickets from any ticketing platform or social media.
At every game this season we have turned away supporters who have bought fake tickets. It was up to 20 tickets per game, with supporters paying up to £300 per ticket.
Supporters note that any counterfeit tickets will be refused and the club reserves the right to cancel any tickets not purchased direct from the box office.
