
Boston: The Boston Bruins have recalled forward Anthony Richard from Providence, according to a statement made by general manager Don Sweeney today, February 8.
This season, Richard, 27, has made 41 appearances for Providence, tallying 19 goals and 19 assists for a total of 38 points. With 463 AHL games played with Providence, Laval, Milwaukee, Syracuse, and Chicago, the 5-foot-10, 186-pound forward has scored 138 goals and 145 assists for 283 points.
In his 15 NHL appearances, Richard has also scored three goals and provided two assists for a total of five points. Nashville initially picked the product of Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, in the fourth round of the 2015 NHL Entry Draft (100th overall).
