During a news conference held at the end of the season, Adofo-Mensah and head coach Kevin O’Connell answered questions regarding the current state and future plans of the squad. Of particular interest were quarterback Kirk Cousins and wide receiver Justin Jefferson.In March, Cousins is expected to become a free agent. Adofo-Mensah stated that he wants to reunite with Cousins.
“Kirk the player is somebody that, as we saw, what he does to this team, I thought we were playing really good football before he got injured,” he stated. And it’s currently the most significant role in sports.

Nevertheless, the team’s two executives agreed that the Vikings must make plans for the QB position going forward, which may involve selecting a passer in the April draft.”You should have both short- and long-term goals in mind.
In the end, the Vikings will take steps to assist us in both windows.
