Since Tommy John surgery will keep Andrew Painter out of action for the entirety of 2024, Miller could rise in the rankings of Philadelphia’s farm system to a position in the top three, if not higher, as their second-best prospect. There is no doubt about that.
Miller is a rising talent who, sooner rather than later, might emerge as the Phillies’ next great player.
